Business Development/Sales Representative

Disaster Kleenup Serving Treasure Valley, ID is a provider of property restoration and disaster cleanup services.  These services are provided to homeowners and business owners who have experienced a property loss such as fire, flooding, or and environmental issue like mold or asbestos.  We have become a household name in the Treasure Valley market serving hundreds of customers each year for over 30 years. 

We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative.  The role of the business development representative is to interact with potential clients to develop relationships, build trust and generate phone calls for property restoration and mitigation services.  The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has experience in sales and marketing and who thrives in social engagement and strategic planning.  This is a full-time salary position of 40-50 hours a week. 

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company to new and existing customers through:
    • Cold calls
    • Office visits
    • Lunches
    • Golf tournaments
    • Tradeshows
    • Community events and activities
  • Follow-through with current clients to ensure job satisfaction and repeat business
  • Utilize the company CRM to log customer activity, contact information and ROI
  • Develop new channels of business for the company

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales/marketing experience
  • Strong relationship and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Exceptional task and time management skills
  • Basic skills in Microsoft suite, and ability to easily pick up desktop and web-based CRM programs that the company uses for job/account management
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance

AS a business development representative, you will have the unique opportunity to build our company’s brand and customer loyalty.  Your skill set will be heavily utilized to expand business operations and recognize and realize potential partners. 

Compensation:

  • Annual base + Commission on revenue generated from new accounts. ($50,000 - $75,000 based on experience and ability to perform in a sales driven environment)
