Each month, part-time Disaster Kleenup technicians calendar 4-10 days to be on-call for evening and weekend cleanup projects. They have the flexibility of requesting specific days that work best with their schedule.
How they are paid:
This position is an after hours and weekend position. Part Time on-call technicians are paid an hourly ($12/hour) rate only when they are called out to do work. We have no way of predicting when disasters happen, but on average, on-call techs are called out 70% of the time. In addition to the hourly rate, a bonus of $20-$50 is added to each on-call occurrence.
